After failing the exam multiple times and taking countless remedial courses, I struggled to learn anything new, and I couldn’t understand why. Mrs Angel prepares you to be able a great test taker especially if you have test anxiety. She’s knowledgeable and shows how to break down each question and answer them correctly. Nurse Ed 101 really deserves 10 stars. My case was a little different and having been out of nursing practice for almost 20 years, I was really skeptical about returning. From my first phone call with Mrs. Barnes I knew in my heart this was the right path for me. The classroom material was absolutely amazing. There were some days I felt like I learned more in her 4 hour lecture than I did back in nursing school. She is very thorough and just has a way of explaining things where it just clicks. I had another school in mind, but after the phone call with Mrs. Barnes, I knew which school I wanted to go with. The clinical experience blew my mind. I got so much experience in those days and I felt my confidence grow more each day. I am forever grateful for this experience. I also know I’ve made some lifelong connections with Mrs. Barnes and Ms. Knight. They are both. dynamite. I can say with great confidence I am ready to return to nursing.

There’s so many good things to say! Angel consulted with me to make sure my goals would be attainable within the time frame I had. The process was very smooth and her qbank familiarizes students with the same level of difficulty as the NCLEX. As a retester, sometimes our confidence takes a hit and Angel helped me get mine back. Just got my results and I PASSED and I’m grateful for Angel!

The experience I had during clinical days was amazing and helped me to remember why I wanted to become a Nurse in the first place. I attended mrs angel’s remedial course for 12 weeks and honestly feel like I was always so comfortable and I was learning a lot. Mrs angel has helped me understand so much and gave me the confidence that I will be a great nurse. The way she organizes her program helps cement the knowledge and get things done in a timely manner. We did clinical at HCA Brandon and I got to meet all my classmates and I think that honesty brought us closer and it was good to meet mrs angel in person as well! I love that this course is understanding of the spiritual side of life as in God is with us through everything. This has really shown me that I was meant to take this course and meet these people and “cook” a little bit longer on becoming the best nurse I can be. Angel was very thorough and helpful. Information was up to date and she made sure everything was understood before moving on to the next subject. Everything took about two hours but because it was interactive it didn’t feel boring or drawn out.

Angel has a way of encouraging you while maintaining high standards. She doesn’t just teach content; she helps restore identity. She challenges you not just to learn the role, but to accept it. And once again, I must say the cherry on top of this program is Mrs. Knight during clinicals. She is warm, straightforward, and keeps you laughing, but she never lets you forget your responsibility as a nurse.
